Bullfighting

Bullfighting is a traditional spectacle of Spanish origin in which a bull is confronted and fought by a matador in a deliberately staged arena. The event typically involves a series of choreographed routines in which the matador aims to demonstrate skill and bravery while controlling and ultimately killing the bull. Bullfighting has historical roots in agricultural practices and has evolved into a cultural performance, often regarded as an art form. It is characterized by specific attire for the matador, known as the traje de luz, and incorporates various techniques and styles. The practice is controversial and evokes strong feelings both in support of its cultural significance and in opposition to animal rights concerns.
